Shorts in January Snow in February???

So... Sierra Vista doesn't really get snow. These pictures are proof that we got snow in the winter of 2008-2009. Not a whole lot but enough for the boys to have fun, at least until it all melted around 9:30am. I find it funny that they still find the need to close down the Army base due to ice and snow. No one seems to know how to drive in 1/4 inch of snow!!!
