Erik's Show and Teach

In Kindergarten they have what is called "show and teach." Each kid picks something they love and they teach it to their class. Erik decided he wanted to teach his friends how to do a little Capoeira. He is quite shy so we weren't sure how well he would do being in front of everyone. He was also the first in his class to do the "show and teach" and he did marvelously. He taught them how to do a doge and a kick. The kids thought it was so much fun. Even Grandma (Mrs. Grimstead) enjoyed the ab workout.In In
