For Labor day we made a trip up to Idaho to see Casey and Candi. We were bummed that the same weekend Jon and Cherie went to Seattle so we weren't able to see them as well. We did have a good time all the same. I did a small doTERRA meeting the night we arrived and then we just had a fun lazy weekend. Candi and I had our nails done and the boys went fishing. I miss my sister and wish that they lived closer. Though Meridian is a beautiful place!
On the way home we stopped by the New Brigham City Temple. we would have liked to go through the open house but the wait was well over hour and we also wanted to get home in the same day so we opted to walking around the outside and let the kids stretch their legs a bit. I really love that our kids enjoy seeing the different temples even though they don't typically get to go in them. I am grateful that they understand the importance of the temple in our lives.
