Emmitt was born on the 2nd of July and came home on the 4th. Grandma and Grandpa Grimstead and Despain, Nona, and David and Pato were waiting for him to come home.
Those are fireworks in the distance. Grandparents Despain, along with David and Pato, took all the kids to watch the fireworks in town while Grandparents Grimstead stayed to help Summer and I out with the new baby. We were so appreciative for everyones help.

Pillow fight!!! Grandpa Despain started a pillow fight to release some of Aiden's and Erik's energy. They outlasted the two grandparents easily.

There is no feeling quite like having a newborn sleeping on you. It instantly slows the world down making you feel peaceful and drowsy.
