I realize it seems I blog about every little thing that happens in our family, but I can't help it. I like to think of it as my own little family journal and everyone that looks at our blog just has to endure!
Here are a couple different events that happened this week in our little family.

Ryan took this picture of the boys last night. They are saying their prayers before bed. We love how responsible and independent they are becoming.

I don't know exactly why Ani has begun to stuff her cheeks like a chipmunk when at the table but I am pretty sure it is because she hates sitting at the table and wants to be able to run around and play while eating. This particular day she stuffed half a PB&J, along with half a stick of string cheese in her mouth. Then she was trying to hold the rest of the cheese in her hands thinking I would let her get down from the table. She sat and wimpered at the table for 15 minutes before I was finally able to get her to spit out the gooey mess because it was too big for her to swallow or chew.

Aiden and Erik have been saving the money they have earned from helping with extra chores around the house. They can earn money by doing dishes, laundry (Is it bad that Erik already knows how to fold his own clothes? He does a pretty good job too!), and gardening. We make sure they divide their money into tithing, savings, and play. They get to decide to use their play money. We set up a little store with things like bubble gum, books, flashlights, bubbles, and the really cool and really big light up bouncy balls. They can choose to spend their money in this little store or spend it on something else. Both of the boys finally bought the bouncy balls that they have wanted since they saw them. They cost $3.00. It became a celebration when Erik was finally able to buy his on Wednesday night.
