Ghosts and Goblins...Halloween!

Halloween this year seemed strange to me. I am it was because Ryan was not with us this year.  He was on a trip to Ft. Polk Louisiana for work. It was strange not to have him around to see the kids and all their excitement. We still had plenty of fun though.
I took the kids to the Halloween Carnival that the PTO in Eureka does every year. The kids enjoyed the fish pond, ring toss, doughnut on a string, cake walk (Grandma was in charge of this one), plus hot dogs, chips, cookies, and drinks.  Needless to say before we even got to trick or treating my kids were not wanting anymore sweets.
Analeigh wore her dress Grandma and Grandpa Despain brought back from Spain when they visited last year. She is such a cute little Flamenco dancer.
Cupcakes from the cake walk were the highlight. All of the kids enjoyed eating them. Especially Emmitt who would find other people and eat theirs too.

Gordon and MelindaEmmitt looking a little tipsy after eating his cupcake for at least 20 minutes.

Christy Hansen was so sweet to help Analeigh walk around so that I could take a quick picture. Jordan Garbett took care of Ani and Emmitt the rest of the night. I don't know what I would do without little Jordan!Aiden as Optimus Prime
