The elementary school had their annual Spelling Bee and Aiden and Erik both participated and did really well. Erik had his first and all of us went to support him. Ani and Emmitt love going to the school to support their older brothers.
Erik studied really hard and won his class Spelling Bee. He was also awarded $20 for winning which he would later use to by a hamster.
Aiden had his Spelling Bee a couple days later but we all went to support him too. He also worked really hard and spelled his way past the first three rounds. He got stumped on the word "Whisk," which he originally tried to spell "wiske" but then erased it and added the "h" but left the "e"on the end too. After he sat down with us it was hard to keep him quiet. He kept on spelling the words to himself (correctly, might I add) when they were given to the other contestants.
