We took the kids down to the Pumpkin Patch at The Red Barn in Santaquin again this year. Ben and Steph joined us with their kids which made it more fun since there were cousins to play with. They had a few more activities at the Pumpkin Patch this year that the kids enjoyed and didn't get enough of before we had to leave. Even little Emmitt enjoyed going down the BIG slide on a potato sack.
We told the kids they could get whatever pumpkin they wanted but they were the ones that had to carry it. Aiden and Erik did a pretty good job. Emmitt we helped a lot because we were worried he would drop it. Ani however found a "baby pumpkin" as she called it which was her favorite. Emmitt wanted one too but we could only find one.
As busy as life gets I am grateful for opportunities to have fun and enjoy my family. So often I get so caught up in having the house cleaned or projects done that we don't take the chance to just have a little fun. I am glad we were able to spend one night having fun with no agenda.
