Eureka Elementary school is awesome! One of the many things that makes them awesome is the effort they put into having the kids experience and learn as much as they can. Mrs. Hughes put together a Christmas concert for the 1st through 4th grade. The first half of the school year she taught each of the classes different instruments. 1st grade (Erik's class) sang four songs including Christmas songs. 2nd Grade played recorders. 3rd Grade (Aiden's Class) the kids learned piano. They sang while playing the piano five different songs. 4th Grade she taught the students guitar. They also sang as they played.
I love to see my kids perform and learn new things that will help them through the rest of their life!
